In the event that a donation is made to WTMA as a result of fraud or misuse or in the event of accidental duplicate transactions, WTMA will refund the donation amount electronically back to the same card that was used to make the original transaction, provided the request is made within 14 days of the transaction. Please contact us with the details you gave when you made the donation and the amount, date and time of your donation.

If you become aware that your card has been used fraudulently, please contact your card provider.

Where we do refund a donation for you, we may charge you for the costs that we have incurred in processing your donation and the refunded amount may also differ from the as a result of any currency conversions. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
